Crispy Samosa & Spring Roll

The samosa shell had a nice crisp bite and the chicken filling was moist and well seasoned. The spring rolls were also crisp with a lighter flavor, so the two did not feel repetitive. This is exactly the kind of platter I would put out for guests.

The samosas had more flavor than I expected, especially the chicken filling. The spring rolls were crunchy and easy to share. I would probably add a spicy dipping sauce next time, but the combo itself was fresh and satisfying.
