Beef Tehari For 05 People

We had this for a small family dinner and I really liked the rich beef flavor. It reminded me of biryani, but a little more savory and straightforward. The portion was generous and the salad helped balance the meal.

Very satisfying if you like savory rice dishes. The beef was well seasoned, the rice had a great aroma, and it didn't feel excessively greasy for such a hearty meal.

The tehari had a proper home-style flavor—fragrant rice, tender beef and enough spice to keep every bite interesting. Everyone in our group recognized that familiar Bangladeshi taste.
