Beef Tehari For 20 People

I usually judge tehari by the aroma and the beef. This passed both. The meat was tender, the rice was flavorful, and it held up well even after sitting on the table for a little while.

The beef was tender and the rice had a deep, spiced flavor without being too hot. It was filling, comforting and easy to serve to a group.

This had the mustardy, savory tehari aroma I miss from Dhaka. We ordered it for a party of around twenty, and the beef-to-rice ratio was solid. It tasted comforting without feeling too oily.
