The first thing everyone noticed was the aroma. The goat was tender, the rice had good flavor on its own, and the whole tray reminded us of wedding or Eid-style biryani back home.
This was my first time ordering goat biryani for a big weekend gathering, and it won me over. The meat was tender with a deeper flavor than chicken, and the rice was fragrant without being too spicy.
